A. The fee to be paid for any license issued under this chapter shall be prorated as follows:
1. If the license is issued during the first quarter of the year, the applicant shall pay the full annual fee for the license.
2. If the license is issued during the second quarter of the year, the applicant shall pay three-fourths (3/4) of the annual fee for the license.
3. If the license is issued during the third quarter of the year, then the applicant shall pay one-half (½) of the annual fee for the license.
4. If the license is issued during the fourth quarter of the year, the applicant shall pay one-fourth (1/4) of the annual fee for the license.
B. The annual fee for each such license shall be established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 628, 6-1-2021)
