A. A seal, the impression of which is as follows: in the center the word "Seal" and around the outer edge the words "City of Filer, Idaho" shall be and is hereby established and declared to be the seal of the city. Said seal shall be circular in shape.
B. All attestations made to papers and issued under the authority of and attested by the seal of the city prior to the effective date hereof, the impression of which seal is as described herein, are declared to have been and now to be the attestations of the seal of the city. (Ord. 2, 4-27-1910)
