Upon a finding by the Administrator that the application does not conform to the definition of a lot line adjustment or is not in compliance with this title, the Administrator shall deny the application and shall state the reasons therefor in writing, and a copy signed by the Administrator attached to one copy of the record of survey shall be returned to the applicant. Any questions with regard to the interpretation and/or applicability of this section shall be referred to the Council by the Administrator for determination. (Ord. 616, 5-15-2018; amd.
