10-3-2: PROCEDURE:
An applicant for a lot line adjustment shall be required to file a draft record of survey with the Administrator for review. Upon a finding by the Administrator that the record of survey conforms to the definition of a lot line adjustment, the Administrator shall provide written notice to owners of property located within three hundred feet (300') of the boundaries of the lot proposed for adjustment, and all easement holders within the subject property. The applicant shall provide the mailing addresses of all property owners within three hundred feet (300') of the outer boundaries of the lot proposed for adjustment. Such notice shall inform adjacent property owners they may comment on the application during a period of fifteen (15) days after the postmark of the notice. Following expiration of the comment period, and upon a finding by the Administrator that the record of survey is in compliance with the provisions of this section, the Administrator may approve, or conditionally approve, the draft record of survey. Thereafter, the applicant shall submit a final record of survey, to be drawn in compliance with the requirements of this title, to the Administrator for final review. The Administrator shall inform the City Clerk of final approval in writing prior to signature of the record of survey sheets for the purpose of recordation. (Ord. 616, 5-15-2018; amd.
