The applicant shall sign the application and provide any additional information necessary to verify such structure does meet the standards of Section 8-3-2 of this Chapter prior to moving the structure to the building site. The City Building Inspector, following issuance of a building permit and upon inspection of the site for the attachment of the structure to a foundation base, shall verify in writing that all standards of Section 8-3-2 of this Chapter have been met, as certified in the signed application form, and certify that the structure as installed upon the lot has been fully completed in accordance with the applicable standards and ordinances before occupancy shall be allowed by the City by anyone.
