8-3-3: ACCESSORY STRUCTURES:

Development standards for an accessory structure to a manufactured home on an individual lot are as follows: attached accessory structure, as permitted in the zoning district for which the manufactured home is to be located, shall be similar in material and integrated into the design of the structure. Accessory structures must meet the applicable Uniform Building Code Standards or HUD Standards. (Ord. 405, 12-3-85)
