The following amendments shall be applicable to the codes adopted:
The City of Filer hereby recognizes the code amendments made by the Idaho Building Code Board and the Idaho Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Board and all rules promulgated by the board to provide equivalency with the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act accessibility guidelines and the Federal Fair Housing Act accessibility guidelines.
