7-7-9: DISEASED PRIVATE TREES:
Upon the discovery of a serious epidemic, disease or pest in any private tree, the City or Tree Commission shall serve notice upon the owner of the tree that the owner eradicate, remove or otherwise control such condition within the time provided. (Ord. 505, 9-7-1999)
