7-7-6: DESTRUCTION OF TREES, SHRUBS OR PLANTS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, destroy, disfigure, neglect, abuse, poison, maim or mutilate any tree, plant or shrubbery, or the root of any tree, plant or shrub growing or maintained in or upon any public parks or grounds within the City. (Ord. 505, 9-7-1999)
