This Chapter was reviewed and approved by the City Council on June 10, 1997 in compliance with legislation approved by the State. The municipal energy sales and use tax shall be levied beginning one minute after twelve o'clock (12:01) A.M., July 1, 1997. (Ord. 6-10-97, 6-10-1997)
