3-3-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 1-23-90, 1-23-1990; amd. 1998 Code)
