A. Required: Applications provided for in this Chapter shall be accompanied by the fees provided in this Section. The fee shall be returned to the applicant if the application is denied. (1979 Code § 9-415)
B. Enumerated: In addition to any other business license fee which any person or place of business may be required to pay, there is hereby levied upon the business location of every person engaged in the sale or other dispensing of beer, the following annual license fees:
