Where a licensee provides facilities for lease by others who intend to vend a product or provide a service, a sublicense shall be obtained by each such lessee of facilities in advance of doing business in the city for the purposes of registration and accountability. Both the property owner and lessee shall be required to follow the licensing procedure as outlined in this title. (Ord. 2009-1, 6-25-2009)
