A. The Physical Fitness Equipment at the Fire Station shall only be used by current members of the Ferron Fire Department, EMT's, Current City Council Members and City Employees and their respective spouses.
B. Renter(s) of the office space at the Fire Station shall have access to training rooms, physical fitness rooms, and equipment with prior approval and scheduling with the Fire Chief.
C. Every approved individual desiring use of the physical fitness equipment is required to sign the Informed Consent and Waiver Form (a copy is included with this policy) prior to use of equipment. No one under the age of eighteen (18) is allowed to use the equipment unless special permission is pre-approved by the Fire Chief and Ferron City Mayor and Council. (Res. 2012-4, 5-10-2012)
