A. Chairman And Adoption Of Rules: The members of the Millsite golf course advisory board shall be chaired by the mayor or council department head unless otherwise directed.
B. Reports To City Council: Reports of official acts and recommendations of the Millsite golf course advisory board shall be public and made by the chairperson in writing to the city council and shall indicate how each member of the Millsite golf course advisory board voted with respect to such act or recommendation. Any member of the Millsite golf course advisory board may also make a concurring or dissenting report or recommendation to the city council.
C. Meetings: The Millsite golf course advisory board shall meet as required or as determined necessary. (Ord. 2005-2A, 2-10-2005)
