PREFACE

This code of the City of Ferron, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance 2023-2, passed October 11, 2023; and resolution 2024-3, passed March 6, 2024. Ordinances and resolutions of the City adopted after said ordinance and resolution supersede the provisions of this code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the City office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
