2-1-1: ESTABLISHED:

A. Membership: There is hereby created a Planning Commission of a minimum of three (3) members with a maximum of seven (7) members. Members of the Planning Commission will be appointed by the Mayor with consent of the City Council.

B. Compensation: Members of the Planning Commission shall receive fifty dollars ($50.00) for each Planning Commission meeting attended.

C. Land Use Authority: The Planning Commission shall be the Land Use Authority for the City. (Ord. 2018-4, 10-11-2018)
