8-4-2: FEES:
   A.   Monthly fees for culinary, secondary and sewer for both inside and outside City limits shall be set forth by resolution of the City Council.
   B.   Connection, reconnection and relocation fees for both inside and outside of City limits shall be set forth by the City Council and the Castle Valley Special Service District.
   C.   Index water fee shall be set forth by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 2018-3, 7-12-2018)
