8-4-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
INDEX WATER FEE: A fee charged by the City for a connection to the City's culinary water system in lieu of the transfer to the City of one or more shares of water.
WATER LEASE AGREEMENT: The water lease agreement between Ferron Canal and Reservoir Company and Ferron City dated March 31, 2005, and its amendments. (Ord. 2006-1, 4-13-2006; amd. Ord. 2011-2, 4-28-2011; Ord. 2018-3, 7-12-2018)
