A. Connections Run With Land: The connection fee and the connection shall run with the land and shall not be transferred except by written authorization of the city. The city shall maintain a current list of connections for public inspection at reasonable times and upon request.
B. Annexations, Subdivisions, Condominiums, PUDs: Territory newly annexed into the city and subdivisions, condominiums and PUDs shall be hooked onto the system only after construction of the secondary system as set forth by this chapter and approval by the city, all at the developer's cost. Annexations and subdivisions shall be approved only if to do so would not interfere with the present secondary irrigation system.
C. Amendments: All fees and rates set by this chapter may be amended from time to time by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 4-26-83, 4-26-1983, eff. 4-26-1983)
