A. Hookups: Hookups shall be granted by the city council on a case by case basis.
B. City System: In order to qualify for a residential water hookup, in addition to all other requirements of city ordinances or resolutions, an applicant must hook up to a residential culinary water line which is part of the city system and which is approved and accepted by the Castle Valley special service district and the state board of health and which is maintained by said Castle Valley special service district.
