7-1-1: PURPOSE:

It is the purpose of this Chapter to supplement and provide details necessary to implement the powers and procedures whereby the City may levy, assess and collect special taxes for special improvements under the provisions of the Utah Municipal Improvement District Act, Utah Code Annotated section 17A-3-301 et seq. (1979 Code § 6-211; amd. 1998 Code)
