A. Any violation of this chapter shall constitute an infraction and be subject to penalty as provided by Utah state law for infractions.
B. The Emery County sheriff's department or other legal policing authority is given all rights to write citations to those individuals breaking laws or safety guidelines as outlined in this chapter.
C. The first violation shall be subject to a written violation and a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
D. The second violation in a six (6) month period shall be a written violation and subject to a one hundred dollar ($100.00) fine.
E. Any further violation will result in a written violation and a fine of two hundred dollars ($200.00). All fines are payable to Emery County. (Ord. 2003-05, 7-10-2003)
