Unless the context otherwise requires, all references in the Traffic Code to:
LOCAL AUTHORITIES: Shall mean the City Council.
MAGISTRATE: Shall mean the Justice of the Peace.
MOTOR VEHICLE: Shall mean to include but is not limited to: recreation vehicles, boats, campers, ATVs, camp trailers, semi-trailers, utility trailers, flatbed trailers, farm equipment, or anything similar in nature to the items listed herein.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY OF THE STATE OF UTAH: Shall mean the Emery County Sheriff or his agent.
THE STATE ROAD COMMISSION OR STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION: Shall mean the City and its officers, departments, agencies and agents. (Ord. 2018-2, 6-14-2018)
