Individuals burning without a permit will be subject to a one hundred dollar ($100.00) penalty. Those with a permit who are unable to control the burn and require assistance from the fire department will be subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) penalty. Those responsible for burning without a permit and who require the assistance from the fire department for a burn that has gone out of control will be subject to a two hundred ninety nine dollar ($299.00) fine. Those who require assistance from the fire department prior to burning will be charged twenty dollars ($20.00) for the little pumper and fifty dollars ($50.00) for the larger trucks.
