§ 97.34 RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERMIT HOLDER.
   (A)   The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that the alarm system is maintained in good working order and does not generate false alarms. This includes, but is not limited to, making necessary adjustments to the sensitivity of the alarm system, ensuring that it is not triggered by incidental or non-emergency events.
   (B)   The permit holder must inform the Director of any changes that affect the information provided in the permit application within ten days of such change.
   (C)   The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that the alarm system is used in a manner that minimizes false alarms and for paying any fees for false alarms as assessed under this chapter.
