§ 113.17 INSPECTIONS.

The City Manager, Chief of Police or building inspection official may enter on the premises to make periodic inspections for the purpose of determining whether the premises and the operations conducted are in compliance with this subchapter and all other ordinances pertaining to health and building conditions with which the licensee must comply.
