§ 113.09 LICENSE NOT A VESTED RIGHT.
   The granting of any license under the terms of this subchapter shall in no event be construed as the granting or conferring of any vested right to the licensee or operator, but shall be subject to revocation, cancellation or suspension as provided herein.
