§ 110.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 110.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine in an amount to be set by City Council. Each day any machine shall be operated in violation of any provision of that section shall constitute a separate offense.
