§ 94.32 BOARD ADMINISTRATION; PROCEEDINGS; MEETINGS.
   The Library Board shall administer and supervise the operation of the city’s public library and any branches thereof as may be hereafter established by the City Council. The Library Board shall be under the supervision and control of the Mayor and City Council. As they deem necessary, the Library Board may adopt rules and regulations to govern its proceedings to ensure orderly use of the library facility and in governing the performance of duties of library employees and personnel, provided that the rules and regulations are not inconsistent with this subchapter. Meetings of the Board shall be at the call of the chairperson, and all meetings shall be open to the public. The Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings and shall keep records of its official actions, all of which shall be immediately filed in the office of the Board and shall be a public record.
