§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions or terms of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000 for each offense, and each and every day the violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   (1)   A person commits an offense if the person makes noise in violation of § 92.02.
      (2)   An offense under § 92.02 is punishable by a fine of not more than $500.
      (3)   Each occurrence of a violation, or, in the case of multiple violations, each day a violation occurs or continues, constitutes a separate offense and may be punished separately.
      (4)   A violation of § 92.02 is a nuisance. The prosecution of an offense under § 92.02 does not limit the city’s right to abate the nuisance, including the use of injunctive or other civil relief.
