The livestock specific use permit, when issued, shall permit the designated property to be utilized for the keeping of livestock, subject to such conditions as may be specified therein, for a period of one year from the date of its issuance unless sooner revoked by a change in the number of livestock, character of livestock, or a violation of any term or provision of this subchapter.
