The owner of an animal quarantined or placed in isolation under this chapter shall pay to the city the reasonable costs as outlined in the fee ordinance, by the city for the quarantine and disposition of the animal, including charges for shipment of animal tissues, if required, to the nearest Texas Department of Health laboratory for testing.
