(A) The owner of each dog or cat shall have the dog or cat vaccinated against rabies by the time it is 4 months of age and within each subsequent 12 month interval thereafter, unless tri-annual vaccination which will be each subsequent 36 month interval thereafter.
(B) Any person moving into the city from a location outside of the city shall comply with this section within 10 days after having moved into the city.
