Any citizen whose dog or cat dies may request the Animal Control Officer to pick up and dispose of the carcass. Fees for such service rendered shall be as set forth in the fee ordinance. The Animal Control Officer shall not remove an animals carcass from under homes, in attics, swimming pools, or other non-readily accessible areas.
