§ 91.014 INSPECTION OF ANIMALS AND PREMISES.
   The Animal Control Officer shall have the specific right of entry onto private property to apprehend dogs, cats, livestock or wildlife for any of the violations of this chapter. The Animal Control Officer may apprehend any and all dogs, cats, livestock, or wildlife not confined within a fenced enclosure, house, garage or by leash or chain, such apprehension to be permitted in any open areas, including private unenclosed yards and property.
