It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with an Animal Control Officer while engaged in the performance of his or her duties. Persons found guilty in municipal court of violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 and not more than $2,000 for each violation and each and every day shall constitute a separate violation.
