§ 91.011 TRAINING.
   The City Manager shall prescribe standards as set forth by the Texas Department of Health for the training of the Animal Control Officer and other animal shelter personnel as to animal health and disease control, humane care and treatment, control of animals in an animal shelter, and the transportation of animals.
