§ 91.003 SELLING BABY FOWL UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, barter, or give away as toys, premiums, or novelties, baby chickens, ducklings, or other fowl under 3 weeks old, or rabbits under 2 months old, unless the manner or method of display is first approved by the Animal Control Officer.
