(A) Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) (1) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount to be set by City Council ordinance for each violation. Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate and distinct offense.
(2) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter may be enjoined by a suit filed by the city in a court of competent jurisdiction, and this remedy is in addition to any other penalty provision.
