§ 50.118 REMEDIES NOT EXCLUSIVE.

In addition to any proceeding under authority of this subchapter, the city shall be entitled to pursue all other criminal and civil remedies to which it is entitled under authority of statutes, city codes, or other ordinances against a person continuing prohibited discharges.
