§ 50.111 UNUSUAL DISCHARGES; USER RESPONSIBLE FOR EXPENSES.
   Any user discharging any substances or toxic pollutants that cause an increase in operation, maintenance, and/or replacement expenses, costs, and/or damages shall pay upon demand for the increased costs, and/or damages.
