§ 50.110 SURCHARGE SCHEDULE.
   (A)   Every user who discharges sanitary sewage, or industrial wastes, water, or other liquids other than normal sewage may be charged monthly and pay a surcharge in addition to the charge for normal sewage.
   (B)   Sewer surcharge fees shall be calculated at the current Trinity River Authority surcharge rate plus 5%.
