§ 35.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 35.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding the amount set by City Council ordinance.
