§ 34.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 34.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $1, nor more than $200.
