(A) The Commercial State Bank - Palmer is hereby designated as the depository of the municipal funds of the city, subject, however, to the terms, conditions, and provisions of the bank’s August 27, 1998 bid, a copy of which is on file with the City Secretary, and which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
(B) The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and deliver on behalf of the city a contract between the city and the bank named above in conformity with the bank’s August 27, 1998 bid.
