§ 32.21 OFFICE OF CITY MARSHAL ABOLISHED.
   The office of City Marshal for this city is hereby abolished. The Chief of Police for the city, shall be appointed by, answerable to, perform duties assigned to him or her at the direction of, the City Manager.
