§ 30.01 STATE STATUTES ADOPTED; CITY NAME.
   (A)   The provisions of Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. (1925), Title 28, relating to cities and towns, are hereby adopted and accepted.
   (B)   The city shall hereafter be known as the City of Ferris, Texas.
