§ 32.23 PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE ADVISORY COMMISSION.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Commission composed of five members for the city and under the supervision of the Council. All appointments thereto shall be made for a term of two years. The Council may appoint a public official as an ex-officio member only and not included in the above number.
   (B)   The duties of the Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Commission are as follows:
      (1)   To act in advisory capacity to the Council in all matters pertaining to pedestrians and bicycles in and throughout the city;
      (2)   To make recommendations to the Council on matters involving bicycles and pedestrians; and
      (3)   To provide an annual report to the Council as follows:
         (a)   Submitting a true copy of the minutes of all meetings held during the preceding year;
         (b)   Submitting a statement of requests for payment; and
         (c)   Submitting a report of all activities not set forth in the minutes.
