§ 32.22 PUBLIC SAFETY ADVISORY BOARD.
   (A)   There is hereby continued, as heretofore established, a Public Safety Advisory Board composed of three members for the city and under the supervision of the Council. All appointments thereto shall be made for a term of two years. The Chief of Public Safety, or his or her designee, is an ex-officio member only and not included in the above number.
   (B)   The duties of the Public Safety Advisory Board are as follows:
      (1)   To act in an advisory capacity to the Council on all matters relating to the Department of Public Safety and related programs in the city;
      (2)   To make recommendations to the Council for the improvement of the facilities of the Department of Public Safety; and
      (3)   To provide an annual written report to the Council as follows:
         (a)   Submitting a true copy of the minutes of all meetings held during the preceding year;
         (b)   Submitting a statement of requests for payment; and
         (c)   Submitting a report of all activities not set forth in the minutes.
